Mentorship program, next stop: Istanbul!

As part of the Erasmus+ KA2 project “YOU CYCLE: Young Changemakers for Circular Local Economy”, we have been offering monthly mentorship and training sessions to continue supporting the young changemakers involved in the project.

Youth working groups in Turkey, Greece and Spain have developed their green social entrepreneurship ideas according to their own motivations and following the Social Business Canva methodology. They have had the opportunity to learn from external speakers from local organizations focused on social entrepreneurship, youth mentoring and circular economy.

In each country, two ideas have been selected as winners to defend them at the International Social Impact Hub to be held in Istanbul (Turkey) during the first week of March. Two young people from each country will travel together with representatives from each organization to improve their pitching skills and enhance international networking.

This journey doesn’t end with idea generation; through ongoing guidance and a small start-up capital contribution, participants will have the opportunity to turn their ideas into actionable, impactful ventures.

We are looking forward to getting a first-hand look at all the initiatives in the Social impact hub, as well as getting closer to local initiatives in the city. We are sure that, like other exchanges in the past, it will be a great learning opportunity for young people and youth workers.
